1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using levthedev.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Foundry Media LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a subscription, you must have a valid payment method and the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are in USD.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to supporter benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software — is the property of Foundry Media LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or associated Discord community to harass, abuse, or threaten others; distribute spam or malware; violate any applicable law; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundry Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or subscriptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
