Refund Policy

Overview

LevTheDev supporter subscriptions are managed by Foundry Media LLC and processed through Stripe. We want you to feel confident in your support — here is how refunds work.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to supporter benefits until that date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

If you are charged in error (e.g., duplicate subscription), contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if you have not used supporter-only features (e.g., Discord role access, exclusive content). After 14 days, or once supporter features have been accessed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@levthedev.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refund Method

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in your account being suspended. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to grant refunds outside of this policy at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out — we are reasonable people.
