1. Information We Collect

Account data: When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you link your Discord account, we receive your Discord user ID and username.

Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe provides us with a customer ID, payment status, and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to maintain and improve the Site. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription
• To assign Discord roles based on your supporter tier
• To send transactional emails (receipts, account changes)
• To respond to support requests
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following services, only as necessary:

• AWS — Authentication and identity
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Discord — Role assignment for supporters

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure credential storage, and principle of least privilege for system access. No system is 100% secure — we will notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach.

8. Young Users

We welcome users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 should have parental consent before creating an account. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent per COPPA. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
